Digital Vickers Hardness Tester – Touch Screen Electronic Microhardness Tester with Automatic Turret
The automatic turret enables seamless switching between indenter and objective lenses, while the touch screen interface simplifies operation and data management. Users can manually input indentation diagonals, and the system automatically calculates Vickers hardness values. The tester also supports Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, and Brinell scale conversion, with a minimum measuring unit of 0.125μm and total magnification up to 200× for accurate measurements.
Standard features include automatic loading, holding, and unloading, plus a mini printer for data output. Optionally, you can upgrade to our hardness measurement software and a high‑definition camera (Sony 850‑line CCD or 3MP industrial camera) for automatic indentation reading, image storage, hardening curve plotting, and statistical analysis – greatly improving testing efficiency and repeatability.
This Vickers hardness tester is ideal for quality control labs, metallographic analysis, and production environments where precision, reliability, and ease of use are critical. Whether you need a stand‑alone manual input unit or a fully automated image analysis system, our solution adapts to your needs.
Key applications: Metals, thin films, coatings, ceramics, small precision parts, and heat‑treated layers.
