Coating: AlTiSiN, with the hardness and thermal stability are up to 4000HV and 1200℃, respectively .
Tolerance of End Mill Diameter:1 ＜ D≤6 -0.010 ～ -0.030;6 ＜ D≤10 -0.015 ～ -0.040;10 ＜ D≤20 -0.020 ～ -0.050
The spiral angle is 35 degrees, which has a strong adaptability to the material and hardness of the processed materials. It has high cost performance and is widely used in mold and product processing.
Material characteristics: high toughness, high wear resistance, long service life and good machining finish. high cost performance, suitable for processing high hardness workpieces ,such as quenching heat treatment and stainless steel processing. For heat treatment materials below 65 “, making workpieces from commercial speed finishing to fine processing directly, reduce the number of tool changes, improve the bed movement rate and save production time.
