- Spotting drills can perform both centering and chamfering. Precise position the holes and chamfer are accomplished at one time to improve the processing efficiency.
- Workpiece material: Suitable for general steels, alloy steels, tempered steels, casr iron and aluminium alloy, etc.
Notice:
- Fixed-point drilling can only be used for fixed-pointing, dotting, and chamfering, and must not be used for drilling
- Be sure to test the yaw of the tool before use, please select correction when it exceeds 0.01mm
- Fixed-point drilling is formed by one-time processing of fixed-point + chamfering. If you want to process a 5mm hole, you generally choose a 6mm fixed-point drill, so that subsequent drilling will not be deflected, and a 0.5mm chamfer can be obtained.
