Raw Material: Use ZK40SF with 12% Co content and 0.6um grain size

Coating: AlTiSiN, with the hardness and thermal stability are up to 4000HV and 1200℃, respectively

Tolerance of End Mill Diameter:1 ＜ D≤6 -0.010 ～ -0.030;6 ＜ D≤10 -0.015 ～ -0.040;10 ＜ D≤20 -0.020 ～ -0.050

The spiral angle is 35 degrees, which has strong adaptability to the material and hardness of the processed materials. With high cost performance，It is widely used in mold and product processing.

Advantage:1.The cutting edge is sharp and flat,even if magnified 100 times, there is no defect.2.Spiral double-edged belt can  remove all kinds of machining burrs effectively.3.The fine research treatment of the groove bottom makes it easy to remove chip smoothly and make the operation more stable.4.The back chipping design is adopted at the cutter end to reduce the possibility of tool receiving trace during side milling. 5.Select high-quality wear-resistant materials, with concentrated particle size distribution of 0.4-0.6 micron ultra-fine particles, with high-quality wear resistance, which can greatly improve the tools life.
