Fixed-point and chamfered dual-purpose type, center positioning and chamfering can be completed at one time, improving processing efficiencyThis item with Alloy coating is suitable for copper, carbon steel, cast iron, die steel and other materials.
- Excellent wear resistance and long using life
Produced by Germany machine, high performance for finishing and semi finishing the workpiece (heat treatment) under HRC58 and improve the hardness of cutting tool and using life.
- Sharp Flute, smooth chip removal
Grinded by high precision machine, big chip removal space. Not break, sharp cutting, smooth chip remove, improve milling processing.
Notice:
- Fixed-point drilling can only be used for fixed-pointing, dotting, and chamfering, and must not be used for drilling
- Be sure to test the yaw of the tool before use, please select correction when it exceeds 0.01mm
- Fixed-point drilling is formed by one-time processing of fixed-point + chamfering. If you want to process a 5mm hole, you generally choose a 6mm fixed-point drill, so that subsequent drilling will not be deflected, and a 0.5mm chamfer can be obtained.
