Produced by Germany machine, high performance for finishing and semi finishing the workpiece (heat treatment) under HRC58 and improve the hardness of cutting tool and using life.
- Sharp Flute, smooth chip removal
Grinded by high precision machine, big chip removal space. Not break, sharp cutting, smooth chip remove, improve milling processing.
Notice:
- Fixed-point drilling can only be used for fixed-pointing, dotting, and chamfering, and must not be used for drilling
- Be sure to test the yaw of the tool before use, please select correction when it exceeds 0.01mm
- Fixed-point drilling is formed by one-time processing of fixed-point + chamfering. If you want to process a 5mm hole, you generally choose a 6mm fixed-point drill, so that subsequent drilling will not be deflected, and a 0.5mm chamfer can be obtained.
